The City established the Northside Conservation TIF Redevelopment Plan and Project, which was designed to support the construction of a new Regional Medical Center. Revenues were used to assist St. Joseph’s Hospital in new street construction, signals and numerous utility upgrades in the northern region of the community. The program will also assist in business retention, business attraction, and stormwater improvements in the southern portion of the redevelopment area.
