MED assisted with the establishment of the Hillsboro Downtown TIF Redevelopment Plan and Project, designed to assist with business retention and recruitment. Additionally, the Plan and Project is facilitating the rehabilitation of some of the aging commercial portions of the City through a façade improvement program made possible through the use of TIF District funding.
