MED recently completed the Amended TIF District I Plan and Project in the City. This TIF District has been a staple of economic growth within the community and continues to see new developments year after year. MED worked with the City on the original TIF I establishment, and the Amended Redevelopment Project Area will allow the City to better utilize the TIF program and continue to aid in business recruitment and retention in the District.

The Downtown TIF II Plan and Project has been in place since 2013, and also been a success. The district has spurred investment from numerous developers from both established local business owners and new comers to the City.
