In addition to comprehensive planning, Moran Economic Development was hired to conduct a Demographic and Economic Analysis for Madison County, Illinois. The purpose of this report was to provide a detailed analysis of Madison County’s state of affairs and historic trends. The document utilized Moran Economic Development’s access to Clarita’s demographic and retail data, as well as GIS mapping capabilities. Ultimately, the goal of the process is to incorporate the detailed analysis into the existing comprehensive plan in order to shape the County’s strategies for future growth.
