Illinois Comptroller Local Government Advisory Board

Keith Moran, president of Moran Economic Development, was named to a 31-member local government advisory board to consult with Illinois Comptroller Judy Baar Topinka on issues related to local government finances.  The board also will develop an overview of the spending practices of the more than 8,000 units of government in the state.
